Today we decided to attack a part of the garden with the help of an industrial-strength strimmer.
After several hours we have cleared a fair chunk of the garden of its balsam, thistles, brambles, nettles etc but, sadly, there is more remaining than what has been culled. So we are going to leave that until winter arrives and Mother Nature can provide a helping hand. We intend to tackle this with little or no weed-killing chemicals.
Lots still to clear, but it is nice to be able to see more of the garden.
